Alexis Arce – Drum – Arroyo City Posted on August 31, 2012 by PDblog Frank Arce’s daughter Alexis, age 9, from Edinburg,Tx, caught her first Black Drum 23″ all on her own. The Black Drum was caught on live shrimp under a popping cork in the LLM out of Arroyo City. Dad is very proud!
