At Beavers Bend Sate Park in Broken Bow Oklahoma, lies a river called The Lower Mt Fork River. Its stocked with 4,000 or so every other week all year long. 2.5 hours from DFW and your in the mountains. Fun Stuff.

White Rock Lake sits in the middle of Dallas and has some great fishing. Crappie, Black Bass, Carp, White Bass, Flathead/Channel/ Blue Catfish, and sunfish are all in abundance.
