Lane has a new lure out with Berkley under their hot new HAVOC series. His is a swim bait called the Grass Pig.
“This is a lure of my own design that has great versatility and action,” Lane said.
“It can be fished quickly, slow rolled over the grass or fished right through the cover.”
Lane explained that his favorite method involves rigging it with a weighted belly book and throwing it against brush fishing through the grass.
The HAVOC lures are all unscented allowing anglers the option of fishing them that way or adding their own. The lure comes in black, black/blue silver fleck, bubblegum, California, chartreuse/silver fleck, green pumpkin, pearl white/silver fleck, swamp gas, watermelon candy and watermelon.
HAVOC lures are available at most major tackle manufacturers.
