I have received many inquiries about catering and wild game dinners, so I thought I would give some information  for future events.

If you have a ranch, lease  or a weekend getaway , and like to entertain customers and friends, The Texas Gourmet can be hired to come out and prepare a wild game gourmet dinner for you and your group.First, we can discuss  what  to prepare from venison, feral hog, dove or quail,  to traditional fare such as barbeque with all the trimmings, special soups , gumbo or your favorite. I can set up in the kitchen or out by the grill, and you guys can grab a cold beverage and I will touch on the many techniques I use in the preparation of the different dishes, and will be preparing some tasty grilled and prepared snacks along the way. This is a great birthday or Christmas gift for the cook in your family , and it’s a great way to entertain  with with some great food, along with some valuable education fora special weekend . I have been doing this on ranches and at lodges for years and will make your group comfortable and feel entertained and educated at the same time.
