Official rules for the Texas Fish & Game Gear Grab Sweepstakes, a quarterly drawing for Prizes (hereinafter the Prize) from registered recipients of the Texas Fish & Game Newsletter (hereinafter Newsletter), and the relationship between Prize Winners (hereinafter the Winner) and Texas Fish & Game Publishing, LLC (hereinafter, TFG).
Eligibility Requirements
• must be subscribed to receive the Texas Fish & Game Daily Newsletter
• must have been a subscriber for no less than 30 days prior to drawing date
• subscription email address must be valid
• if the Prize is a firearm, Winner must be eligible under state and federal law to own and possess firearms
• if the Prize is a firearm, Winner must make delivery arrangements with a local FFL dealer
• Winner must be age 18 or older
Drawing
• each quarter of 2012, on or about the last day of the last month of the quarter -- March, June, September, and December 2012
• one entry per person
• Winner will be notified by email at the email address registered to receive thge Newsletter
• Winner must respond to the notification email within 24 hours; if Winner does not respond, another Winner will be drawn and notified
• by accepting the Prize, Winner absolves TFG, its employees, advertisers, contractors, and all other associated entities including but not limited to the Prize providers and all other associated entities from all liability for accidents, cancellations, or other perceived or actual losses or damages incurred incidental to the Prize
• by accepting the Prize, Winner agrees to have his/her photograph or other likeness, name, hometown, and other pertinent information about Winner published in Texas Fish & Game magazine, on the TFG website, and in other venues at the sole discretion of TFG without payment or other remuneration to Winner.
